#3 add window/component level help

Add component and window level help in JLedger to
demonstrate the use of JavaHelp in JLense applications.

Also, helpid attributes should be added to those
org.jlense.uiworks extention points that have
associated Swing components. For instance, help ids
associated with menus and menu items should be
specified in the plugin.xl file where the menu item is
defined.
