#6 Feature: message bombing protection

As AOL IM and other messagers have a timeout feature,
so that someone can not "bomb" another person (and
sometimes kicking them off the internet or worse),
this client should also have some sort of built-in
protection against such malicious attacks.

Maybe Jabber has this built in. I regret I am new
still, and perhaps this needs to be simply deleted.

Message throttling in general is implemented server side as
a "Karma" setting.
