#5 Bug: Dropped messages

At various times, entire messages are dropped.

Though this does seem to occur at odd intervals, it is
easy to reproduce this error as well.

If one basicaly "spams" text to the remote resource,
(hitting enter and a letter very quickly), its
noticeable that not all messages are being sent.

Message throttling in general is implemented server side as a
"Karma" setting.

Reproduceable! Its a client issue:

Hold shift, press enter, then release shift, then release enter.
This will drop the message.
