#4 Bug: Erroneous blinking in window header on message received

The window that the chat takes place in will begin to
blink if a message is posted into it by a foreign
resource, or, at least, the icon in the window header
blinks.

After extended use, eventually a window will continue
to blink even when the user clicks it, or the window
will stop blinking at all.

Unreproducable at the moment.
