#2 Bug: Maximize then restoring causes scroll bar issue

If one maximizes the chat window, and then restores it
to its original size, then the scroll bar for the upper
text pane repositions itself incorrectly to higher up
in the text, forcing the user to scroll back down manually.

To reproduce:

maximize, then restore to same size (double clicking
top of window is easiest)
