Dear Open Source developer I am doing a research project on "Fun and Software Development" in which I kindly invite you to participate. You will find the online survey under http://fasd.ethz.ch/qsf/. The questionnaire consists of 53 questions and you will need about 15 minutes to complete it. With the FASD project (Fun and Software Development) we want to define the motivational significance of fun when software developers decide to engage in Open Source projects. What is special about our research project is that a similar survey is planned with software developers in commercial firms. This procedure allows the immediate comparison between the involved individuals and the conditions of production of these two development models. Thus we hope to obtain substantial new insights to the phenomenon of Open Source Development. Oscar: - Ok con la no paquetizacion excesiva, para mi era mas claro como lo hice, pero si quieren simplificar adelante no me opongo. Lo modifico en proximo update. - Respecto a pumpOut, este es el verbo que correctamente significa bombear o expender, no es la redundancia del getter. flush no tiene significado dentro del contexto Pump en ingles flush solo tiene ese significado en el contexto de un WC. Busquen en el diccionario. Si no les gusta el verbo pumpOut podriamos usar extract o proponganme otro. - No entiendo lo del Cast, si dijimos que todas las colecciones se manejaran con Vector, es imposible que Cabinet.getPumps() devuelva algo distinto a Vector, a menos que subclasifiquemos Vector para manejar cada Coleccion lo cual me parece un desproposito. Me podes aclarar. - El texto que enviaste como comentario en todas las clases lo vi despues, lo corrigo para el proximo update. Hola todos, Tengo un problema desde mi maquina en la oficina. Cuando configuro en el Eclipse el repositorio usando: Host: cvs.sourceforge.net Repository Path: /csvroot/jiuston User & Password las mias Connection Type: extssh Recibo el siguiente error: cannot access: /csvroot/jiuston/CSVROOT keep location anyway? Gente, Hoy no voy a poder estar en la reunion porque estoy trabajando en Mendoza hasta hoy a la noche. Les envio mis comentarios por este medio. Respecto de la definición de roles por mi parte esta Ok. Creo que seria bueno plasmarlo haciendo una lista de Subprojectos/Tareas en SourceForge y asignar ahi los resposansables. Leí la minuta de Enrique, me parecio muy buena, al respecto creo que de ahí, a mi al menos me surge un tema fundamental, que es el de separar aquellos features que es requerido Consultar y/o registrar en la Palm de aquellos que requieren calculo, como llevar un inventario valorizado por Costo Promedio Ponderado, Ajustado por Inflación, etc. Esto ultimo es algo que tiene que resolver un Server, no veo a la Palm con capacidad de Almacenamiento y/o Procesamiento para mantener esto a largo plazo, ergo creo que debemos plantear la sincronizacion con un concentrador como parte del proyecto, aunque la diferiría para otra etapa en cuanto a su desarrollo. El tema graficos tambien ahi que investigarlo para ver si tenemos librerias 2D disponibles en J2ME. Creo que lo que mas se ajusta a lo que requieren como consulta de Stock y que seria factible mostrar en la Palm es lo que se conoce como Flujo de Movimientos, que no es mas que un Tablero de Control donde se detallan Tipos de Movimiento, Debitos/Creditos y Saldos para un periodo solicitado. Para poder analizar las Compras y determinar si fueron buenas o malas se requiere hacer calculos de Utilidad, pero esta no seria real ya que la utilidad es Venta - Costo, pero del Costo ellos solo declaran conocer el precio de compra del Combustible, los otros costos asociados a la venta del producto no estan reflejados y por lo tanto el calculo seria parcial. Espero que estos comentarios les sirvan para avanzar en las definiciones, les mando un saludo desde la Capital del Vino y estamos en contacto. Daniel H.
