#1 Automate boundary sizes

Need to automate choosing boundary sizes.

The pupil boundary should be picked up as the largest
circle which contains all black pixels (once thresholded).

The iris boundary can then be considered as 20-90%
larger and with a centre that is within the pupil.

Automating the pupil boundary has been done.

Need to edge detect - mark edges in a new colour and check
for this colour in potential iris boundaries. Only check
potential iris boundaries which are not too far removed from
the pupil.
