#12 Cannot add files to a Jipe project

This has been experienced on NT and Linux, both running jdk1.2.2 and Jipe 0.91. After creating a project, it appears as though you can't add any files to it.

I have noticed that the project tree isn't always expanded
out at start, so the files are probably being added, but
just not displayed. Try double clicking the root of the
project (the project name) to expand the tree.
