I've changed the file resources/app.props and then copied the jar file to resouces/lnfs directory, recompiled sources and still do not see any new look and feel to choose for jin. I've tried it with Borland* look and feel, hippo and tonic. None of them appeared in jin. What should I do more to install new look and feel?

You also need to add it to the classpath - see the manifest.txt file.
