#9 Module deletion should ask for scene updates

When the user deletes a module, they should be asked if this is a "permanent" deletion (as in the module is being completely removed from the system):

- if yes,
- query whether they would like to re-assign all it's scene responder-links to another module
- if yes, then locate and re-assign all the links accordingly (server-side)
- remove module from the hardware (server-side)
