When a scene name is changed, this change is not reflected in Scene executors nor in Trigger events. This means, of course, that the user has to go through all current events and delete the previous executors/triggers and re-create them.
Obviously, not optimal, so the solution is to have any items that rely on Scene names to be updated automagically. This is an operation that should be handled at the server-level and not the UI.
