#13 SerialPort DDL empty

I am running ALICE v1.3.1 on a laptop with WinXP SP2. I only have one COM port (COM1) but it is not displayed in the serialport dropdown. I've also tried v1.3.0 but same happens.

I tried to run alice on a win xp and cm11a. But I can´t get it to comunicate to the interface because serial por list shows no ports found.
I have only com1 om my computer
