here is the tips to track all changes on wiki(can be useful for translators, users, coders and so on...):
all changes are exposed by the xwiki platform as rss feed.
so, you have to grab this rss adress: http://jguard.xwiki.com/xwiki/bin/view/Main/WebRss?xpage=rdf
if you use firefox, it is so easy to bookmark it andview changes.
another way can be to use google reader if you are registered on it.
