#23 error in projection

There is a big error in visualization, when you set the
region visualization to match a single map. When you
click on a layer, the visualization change, and the
maps go out of their true coordinates. See attached file.

Thanks for the report.
In fact the setting of the region by a vector map doesnt
work currently, so I'm not sure what happens. I will check.
