#19 Zoom tools work improperly (JGRASS 2.0 OS X)

The zoom tools do not work properly. When using the
regular zoom in tool, it appears to zoom randomly to an
extent, rather than zooming centered upon the location
clicked. The zoom by box tool does not zoom to the
location of the box you draw either, but goes to a
different location at a different magnification.
