#12 wrong location importing raster

when U import a rastre file, it always stay in
the 'PERMANENT' location, no matter what location U
choose in the 'Choose Raster Map Wizard'

Are you talking about importing with r.in.gdal or with the
java import tools?
Where does this problem occur?
