#23 SRF file is not written

Sourcecode is successfully analysed with Echidna, but
the output is not written to the srf file. Only the
header is written.

System hangs with following error message:

java.util.prefs.FileSystemPreferences syncWorld
WARNUNG: Couldn't flush system prefs:
java.util.prefs.BackingStoreException: Couldn't get
file lock.

There is no example file, since no content is written to disk.
It does not matter which system I try to analyse, it happens
for all of them.
