Summary: Bad calculation in the Profit and Loss Report

Initial Comment:
There is a bad calculation in the Profit and Loss Report when selecting "All" vs any other choice.

In its calculation, ALL exclude the chosen dates while any other choices are including them.

There is also a bug in the other choice. If I choose Quarterly, the last column should give me the total of "ALL". In its calculation, it is excluding the "From Date" but includes the "To Date".

I'm budgeting my finance based on a two weeks basis and it is giving me weird results.
