Inject Configuration or GPConfiguration objects to other objects via IoC. This makes working with JGAP more easy. Also evaluate performance issues to see if this feature works fast enough

Instead, maybe a thread-specific factory knowing the configuration and offering create-methods for genes, chromosomes etc. would be sufficient?
