#25 file exists error still happening. Suggestion...

ok Index out of range exception doesn't happen any
more, but still getting file exists error. Would be
possible to refresh the list and run file exists rules
on the queue after each file transfer? I am not sure
how time consuming that would be, but flash fxp must do
it some how. It just needs to know that the file wasnt
there when you started the queue, but now is after its
going through the queue.
