#14 connect problem

wlfxp can't connect anymore. i get an exception, that
the connection is refused. i don't know what it is. but
it works if i close the client and restart it. i had
some open clients and working downloads. after some
time i got the connection refused exception on all the
clients. i waited some time because i thought that the
servers are down or sth like this. but they weren't and
all worked. i asked the ftp server admins and some
other users of these servers. i have the retry delay
set to 70 seconds and the retry count set to 9999. it
should reconnect automatically and it does. but always
with the connection refused error/exception. restarting
the client and then reconnecting to the server works.

this still doesn't work.
another problem is that wlfxp hangs when it tries to do a cwd.
