VIA KT133 chipset Another problem which i saw: If i do a large copy (copying a CD image) and do a sync in the same time the copying goes slower but the sync doesn't usually return until the copying has finished. If the copying last for 20 minutes the sync will also last for 20 minutes which is not nice. Both processes are in D state (cp and sync).Looks like both sync and cp starv each other.
