This seems likely to be rather OT for this list.

However I think the first problem is a lack of understanding in what
you are trying to do.

Are you :

        a) Trying to install RH in the same partitions used by OS/2
        (and presumeably without destroying the OS/2 data)

        b) trying to install RH such that it can read the OS/2 JFS
        partitions
