The attached patch is against current svn (revision 2230). It adds the following new features to polar charts:
- allows to draw shapes for every item
- allows to set the Composite to use for filling (for example to set the tranparency of the fill area)
- allows to draw outlines around filled areas
- allows to set the plot margin
- better placement of the angle tickmark labels
