#117 Exploded sections on 3D Pie Chart

This doesn't seem to be coded up, the labels explode
but not the pie sections themselves.
Works fine for PiePlot but not Pie3DPlot.

This needs to be done, but I think it will stretch the
current code to the limit - there is no true 3D rendering
for the pie chart, just a lot of layered 2D drawing. So I
think that first the 3D pie chart needs to be rewritten so
that it is actually modelled in 3D...not sure how easy/hard
that will be.

But I do agree that the 2D and 3D pie charts should behave
in the same way except for the obvious appearance differences.
