All changes in 1.1 are inspired by optimizations done on generated application that currently have around 50000 users and more than 10000000 (10 millions) of data records in MySQL DB and work without any performance and memory issues.

There have a lot of improvements, so the question "Why 1.1 but not 2.0" is valid.
I want this to be accepted as stabilization and improvement for 1.0 but not as new version that will be accepted as not so stable.
I have other plans for 2.0:
- Eclipse based tool for modeling and generation
- DIV based UI - with support for Joomla or SMF templates.
- Hibernate support for persistence.
- Session EJB for Business logic
