#75 Russian translation updates/improvements

Please update russian translation to current jforum version.

Some fixing:

Remove quotes from User.fillEmail, User.fillPassword, User.fillPasswordConfirmation, User.fillUsername, because it has unescaping quotes js
function newCaptcha() and validateRegistrationForm(f) not work.

Update images, because ru_RU.css and real images size different
