[Jflex-devel] Commit email configured for all 4 jflex-de Github repositories

I added the "Email" service to each of the 4 repositories (from
Settings|Webhooks&Services), and had event notifications (including
commits) go to <kle...@cs...>.

I clicked the "test service" button for each repository, which apparently
caused an email to be generated for the most recent commit; I received
those emails, so it appears to be working.
