#6 Add support for Encoding via Javasound SPI

Add support for Encoding via Javasound SPI. Even an
incomplete implementation would help here.

I also had trouble finding a simple example of how to
Encode/Decode. It would be nice to have a class like
AESimple.java in the jmac (java MonkeysAudio) project.
It shows how to encode and decode with a single method
call each. (If I missed such a class that already
exists in jmac, please tell me where to find it.)
