We started it!

I'm proud to announce that JFL is now under development.

arons committed the basic interfaces for the jfl core development. 

We decided to start developing the fuzzy math core and basic supporting s=
tructures for fuzzy logic. You will find the interface proposal in the jf=
l-api project.
