#156 Taget jboss is not built correctly on workspace initialisation

When setting up a new jfire-workspace the target-tee-jfire-*-jboss directory was created empty. It was necessary to deploy it manually (therefore the projects it depends on had to be opened).

To be more precisely, the "target" subdirectory existed and some files were deployed there, but the jboss-4.2.3.GA.tar.gz (from the project target-jee-jfire-jboss-platform) was obviously not extracted.
