Symptom: The foward slash is expanded to stretch the length of the equation.

This may have been missed by
Stretchy attribute in mo - ID: 2859804
fixed in 3.1.9

Please check if fix exists.

Encountered this when the jeuclid was upgraded to this version.

A reasonable question is whether this is a bug or it is supposed to work like this
Setting the "stretchy" attribute to it seems to fix the problem:
>> <mo stretchy='false'>/</mo>

The equation was from a doc file, that might have used an old equation editor.
