#98 JETT if tag doesnot works properly

Hello I am creating a Excel report using JETT, I am having beow issues -

1. Using if tag, anything I write in else is used as text and never gets calculated.

like - <jt:if test="${user.PROJECT_CATEGORY=='CTB'}" then="$&lt;span&gt;[MS5-MU5]&lt;/span&gt;" else="" "$<span="">[MT5-MU5]" /></jt:if>

here else expression will be printed as it is $[MT5-MU5]

even if I give "0" , it will be rinted as a text and not number.

What can be done?
