#7 export of project summary

export all information about a specific project into an
XML file (could be transformed into HTML of course)

this export contains: working users, tasks, notes, a
state graph, etc...

in fact it is a better idea to be able to create summaries
for each element and call them recursively, in that case
you could even export a summary of the whole system
