#4 logout forwards iso redirect

this is a result of the change in the andromda struts
cartridge where all local forwards have
"redirect=false" to allow parameters to be passed to
the requests

solution: change the JSP call, do not call the
controller directly with take the global forwards,
which has "redirect=true"
