#1 gef package renamed

I installed eclipse and gef plugin. After I installed
reportdesigner, I found the following error in the error log:

Plug-in "org.sourceforge.jeez" was disabled due to
missing or disabled prerequiste plug-
in "com.ibm.etools.gef"

I think this is related to a package rename for gef. If
you look at the gef release notes it states:
Packages were renamed from "com.ibm.etools.*"
to "org.eclipse.*".

Fixing the plugin.xml does not help, the import
statements in the source code need to be changed.
Where is the source anyway? Also, I cannot get the
older version of gef that used "com.ibm.etools" as the
package name. Help.
