Initial Comment:
I am using jedit 4.0.3 on Windows 2000 (with Java 1.4.1). 
After some time of using JEdit system runs out of window 
handles or other GDI resources (can't display windows 
correctly), so all applications on the desktop practically stop 
working (also the JEdit, which seems to be hung). After 
killig the program everything returns to its normal state.
The problem occured when I was editing xsl and xml files, 
reproduced many times esp. when saving a file.
