#10 The connection to the OPC Server has failed

Hi!All
the Client OS is windows 2003 Enterprise Edition SP2,
when running the example code ,get the error:The connection to the OPC Server has failed;
but use orther tools like FactorySoft ,get no error,
this can be use in WINDOWS 2003?
any one can send me the release of JCustomOpc.dll in WINDOWS 2003??
