#39 Integrate methods not public

The methods in net.sourceforge.jdistlib.math.Integrate (Java port of quadpack functionality) are not public.
For my project I used a copy of the Integrate class with public methods. [1]
The functionality of the methods should be made available to users of JDistlib.

It's not public it's because it is still very buggy. I will make it public once it's ready.
