[Jdip-developer] Spanish Translation and new variant

I've completed a Spanish translation of jDip.
I didn't translate all of the HTML pages, but the translation of
i18ntext_es.properties is complete.Right now it's still pointing to all
of the English pages. It might not be perfect, I'm going to try it out
on my El Salvadorian friends tomorrow. But I think its a very good
start.

Thanks for all of your great wok on this project, I noticed a big
advance in the reliability in the most recent version.

I also created a variant I'd like to get your opinion on:
I tried to make it proportional to the Standard Map so it should be
pretty stable.
It's nothing far out, but I definitely think it fills a gap in the
collections that are out there.
It's the whole world, with 10 players: England, France, Egypt, South
Africa, India, China, Japan, Russia, USA, and Brazil.

I really wanted it to work like the Standard but world-wide and with a
few more players. Please let me know what you think. For some reason I
can't get the names to show up right, but anyway...
