[Jdip-developer] New power property

Hi,
I think it could be useful to introduce a new power property (or 
attribute): the letter used for the abbreviation. In some variants (like 
Youngstown) there are two power with the same initial (i.e. Italy and 
India), so the default abbreviation is the same.
