use of pcm-nonlinear-scf leads to segfault. Segfaulted on both NIST cluster and Plasmon, although at slightly different lines, suggesting MPI problem(?). sent mwe to Shankar.
Specifically, segfault occurs when fluid state is read in in an SCF version of NonlinearPCM.
Fixed in commits d6b4b6 and d19d28.
