Hey Paul,

I did add the CEDET 1.1 tarball to the downloads. 

However I think the website needs a little rewriting along the lines of
the install file in the repository. Right now it says to "get the latest
CEDET." If some one followed that advice they will (quickly, or not)
find that CEDET 1.1 will only work with trunk and not the
pre-packaged/compiled releases.

I'll try my hand and rewriting the pages when I have some time. Since
the site itself is not versioned in any way I'm curious if we should
discuss the changes before I upload them?
