This patch contains a RecordFile, that can optionally
use a java.nio.MappedByteBuffer to improve
performance. Performance improvements may vary
depending on the cache size that is used. In order to
turn on the MappedByteBuffer
RecordManager.useMappedBuffer(true) must be called.

The .zip file includes the RecordFile class and a
BaseRecordManager class with one additional method
for turning on the mapped buffer.

I used the class "Test", to test performance, it's also
included.

The files can be dropped into a current CVS snapshot
and should work.
