#1 .Net application that needs TRUE julian date

I've written a .Net application and I have to convert
Gregorian date to TRUE Julian date. I would like to get a
component that I could call from my .Net code. Can't
find much in google, and .Net doesn't seem to have a
class for this. I'd be willing to pay for something that
would meet my requirements. I would also need
instructions on how to install and call the component.

ie; definition of TRUE Julian date
The Julian date is calculated by the number of days
since January 1, 4713 BC. For example, the Julian date
for August 1, 2001 is 2452122.
