#2 Special quotation mark problem

It seems that the HomeMade Dictionary uses special
quotation mark characters. They don't seem compatible
when used on an eastern language system, because
eastern languages such as a simplified Chinese Windows
uses DBCS as default encoding. On those systems,
characters following the special quotation mark will be
`stuck' to it and be displayed as an meaningless CJK
character.

I wonder if there is any way to solve this problem by
setting the Java Runtime or by modifying the program,
thus these quotation marks and aphostrophes don't need
to be replaced.

If this doesn't work, then another solution will be to
enable support for quotation marks in the program and
replace all the special quotation marks in the
dictionary text.

Apologies for the delay in response, however, I haven't
updated this program for quite a while, and this is the
first feature request, in sourceforge.
I am not so clear Esastern encoding sets and hence unable
to understand your problem fully. If you can give me exact
error messages/snapshots etc. that will help.

btw, it appears that you are developer yourself, feel free
to join this project, and we shall resolve this problem.

into the internationalization support in Java, and then give

Thanks for the snapshot, I will try to look into the cause
of the problem, and will try to figure out the solution.
However since I am a little busy this week, so expect an
answer from me, after a little while.
