[Jcontractor-devel] jContractor now requires JDK 1.4

Hello everyone,

I've decided that we should use JDK 1.4 as jContractor's target platform.  In 
particular, I think the assertions go well with Design by Contract.  Unfortunately, 
this breaks compatibility with earlier JDK's, but I don't see this as being a large 
problem.
