#96 "Rename" needs check if the name was changed (severe!)

If rename is used without changing the file name, the
file is deleted. A simple check if the input changed
should solve the problem.

The fix can be implemented in
org.jcommander.ui.filepanel.controls.FilePanelMediator.inPlaceRename()
Either be some kind of oldname.equals(newname) -> error.
Or report this to the VFS implementation. It seems like
canRenameTo() does not see this as an error and allows
the operation.
