#102 Poor support for multiple windows

When opening perspectives in new windows, things got
messed up. A detailed investigation is required for all
the scenarios, but for now these are the issues:

• when opening the Compare perspective in a new window
  a file panel is also shown by default!
• when closing the Compare perspective's window
  JCommander displays the exit confirmation dialog.
  Fortunately if pressing OK JCommander only closes the
  window, but does not exit. It pretty much confusing though.

To make things even more confusing, some more misbehaviours,
that happen, when opening perspectives not in new windows:

• When opening the Compare perspective, it looks nice and
  correct. But when closing JCommander from within the
  perspective, JCommander starts next time again in the
  Compare perspective and now with the noticed file panel.
• When in the Compare perspective, you get in some cases the
  console message "Page not found:
  org.jcommander.ui.app.JCmdPerspective -
  (EclipseBroker.java:79)", but that is no severe bug, as it
  causes no malefunctions.
