JCAS version 0.1.0 released
===========================

   JCas - The Open Source Java based CAS server
   http://jcas.sourceforge.net/

   The JCas project team is pleased to announce the release of
   version 0.1.0 of our open source server for CAS.  This
   JCas version is the initial release and incorporates
   all major features.

   The most significant features are:

     o Security: SSL incorporation
     o Security: Access restriction configurable
     o Authentication: JDBC incorporation
     o Authentication: JAAS incorporation
     o JSP: Tag Library included
     o Java: CAS client included

   We consider JCas 0.1.0 to be a alpha version of JCas and we strongly
   recommend that users should install it with care.
   JCas 0.1.0 is available for download via HTTP from the following
   master location:

     o http://jcas.sourceforge.net/?id=download
     o https://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=108761

   The distribution file name is:

     o jcas-0.1.0.tar.gz [normal]
       MD5 checksum: f1d39b7f23075a39c2d0976d9798d280

       MD5 checksum: f07ddc7f6edc7e9c3e608cedac99efc4

   The checksums were calculated using the following command:
